The successful talent will play a critical role in our client's operations organization, and is a strategic finance business partner to the business line:
Understand the services industry and the macroeconomic factors affecting it in order to be a key stakeholder when defining strategic goals and planning for the future.
Partner with Director Level and Senior Management to ensure the future success of the organization.
Be an active member of the middle management team providing analysis and insight to leadership discussions and decision-making.
Own operational and financial controls, overseeing budgets and analysis for the business line
Proactively seek and implement process improvement initiatives in areas of reporting as well as business planning.
Be comfortable and able to understand all topics related to finance (accounting, AP, AR, invoicing, payrolling).
Coordinate the discussions to ensure finance processes are in place and set up in line with RD Europe strategy.
Act as the business partner for operations.
Budgeting and Forecasting: lead the end to end budget and forecast processes for Randstad Digital France.
Data Analytics: monitor operational KPI, strategic initiatives and the financial performance of the business line. Understand and coordinate the back office operations in the country to ensure business continuity.
Drive change from a process and system perspective to set up the back office operations according to RD Europe plan.
5+ years of relevant business control, financial planning, and forecasting experience; Demonstrates assertiveness and willingness to co-drive the business and dare to challenge the status quo.
