We are seeking a Service Technician l to add to our Paris, France Team

Recently added production of air purification products, manufacturing of personal protective equipment. These solutions are now found in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data storage, biotechnology, aerospace, and defense industry plants worldwide.

This position is responsible for providing factory service to customers, tracking customer related issues, and communicating all service issues to management in a timely and effective manner. This is a startup position with opportunities for career growth into supervisor or management roles for the right candidate. The position will include travelling to the USA (Oregon) for service training for up to 3-4 weeks. Office and Field service duties are included, and the candidate will be provided with a competitive salary package and company vehicle.

Communicates instrument service issues to management in a timely and effective manner.
Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records, from service reports, service calibration certificates and customer project documentation.
Advises upper management on product development issues arising from product problems identified through servicing instruments and occasional technical support calls with customers.
Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Access, and Internet usage.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
40% on the road and 60% in the office.
~ Training will be required for 3-4 weeks in the USA upon startup.
~ All travel expenses covered by LWS with a per diem expense for meals.


At least three years related experience and/or training; Experience in using electronic test equipment, DVMs, Oscilloscope, etc.
On-site service experience working with customers as a field technician is desired.
Good computer skills and if possible, IT networking experience is a bonus.
CAT5 cable management and cable installation skills.
Some experience in SCADA software is desirable.
