Nous proposons un contrat temporaire (CDD de 6 mois reconductible, pour une durée totale de 1 an) - débutant en octobre - dans le cadre d'un congé de maternité.

Ce rôle consiste à coordonner l'équipe psychométrie de notre pôle R&D, en collaboration avec le PDG ainsi que la manager data science, en charge de l'équipe data science et des projets en lien avec l'IA.

Vos missions 🎯 :

Gestion et coordination de l'équipe :

  • Management d'une équipe de 8 personnes au sein de l'équipe R&D (composée de psychométriciens et data scientists) répartis sur trois sites : Londres, Paris et Bangalore.
  • Faciliter une communication et une collaboration efficaces au sein de l'équipe pour garantir le respect des deadlines projets.
  • Organiser des réunions d'équipe régulières.

Développement et maintenance des produits :

  • Superviser le développement et la mise en œuvre de tests psychométriques (révisions, optimisations) et d'innovations sur notre plateforme (référentiels, rapports, inclusion de conseils personnalisés, exploration des outils d'IA générative, etc.).
  • Contribuer activement à la vérification et aux simulations liés aux scores et calculs prédictifs.
  • Collaborer avec les départements IT, Data Science, marcom et sales, pour garantir la bonne mise en place de nos outils.

Assurance qualité :

  • Mettre en œuvre et maintenir des protocoles de recettage qualité pour tous les produits liés à l'évaluation.
  • Traiter et suivre les corrections de bugs et les erreurs techniques, en garantissant l'exactitude et la fiabilité des outils d'évaluation.
  • S'assurer que nos solutions répondent aux demandes des clients et du marché, en facilitant les retours structurés pour une amélioration continue.

🔍 Votre profil :

  • Master/licence en psychologie
  • 5+ années d'expérience dans le secteur de la psychométrie/RH et une expérience significative en gestion d'équipe
  • Anglais courant, le français est un plus
