Muehlhan Wind are a rapidly growing business in the industry and to accommodate our expansion we are looking to bring on a Site Administrator to join our team. We are beginning work in France and you will have an initial 1 year contract based in Le Havre. You will enjoy a varied role with responsibility for working alongside our site and back office team.
You will be assisting with site office management, providing project support, travel and logistics, with a focus on accurately reporting and maintaining strong lines of communication. The Site Admin is responsible for site/project administrative support and coordination including general administrative duties; site vehicles; coordination of site functions; site PPE; training and onboarding of crews; travel and logistics; QA document control and loading; assisting Quality Supervisor.
The Site Administrator is the first point of call for employee queries on site related to hours, conditions, pay, leave, PPE, vehicles and accommodation and will escalate to the Site Manager and/or HR as required. The successful candidate for the Site Administrator will have the following duties and responsibilities: • Safety and progress reporting and project administrative support and coordination as required.
• Assisting to manage initial site set up and documentation preparation
• Send rotation travel requests
• Completion of daily reports and other necessary reporting
• Maintain registers and assisting with site inductions as required In order to be considered for the Site Administrator role you will have gained the following skills and experience: • You will have a relevant degree related to the role or experience in a similar fast paced admin focused role.
• Fluency in French and English is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and a high proficient user of Excel
• Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in writing;
• An understanding of EHS legislation/requirements is not essential but preferable
• Committed to safety and high performance standards
• Highly developed written, verbal communication skills
• Highly organised and thrive in a busy and ever-changing environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
• Pro-active attitude to issues
