HR Transformation supports clients in optimizing employee support through digital HR technology, advising on Cloud systems and facilitating successful implementations, while also building strong customer relationships and advising on evolving HRIS technology to contribute to organizational success.
Advise customers on how HR Information systems and cloud technology can support their HR Transformation
Contract: Remote working up to 4 days a week (100% depending on conditions)
~ Remote working support: €40 net/month if 4 days a week, will depend of the nr. Profit-sharing bonus: up 5% of gross annual salary
~ Holiday bonus calculated in accordance with the Syntec collective convention
~ Gras Savoye insurance (mutuelle)
Ability to work in English
Operational experience in the HR area – Business Partner, HRIS lead or HR Manager is a plus
SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle or Kronos
