En tant que Data & Business Analyst, vous serez au cœur de notre stratégie de croissance, en garantissant le meilleur positionnement et l'optimisation des prix pour améliorer nos performances en termes de volume et de marges.
Stratégie pricing & revenue management : Définir et piloter la stratégie de pricing pour Oscaro en France, en collaboration avec les équipes Offre, Marketing, Supply Chain et Finance.
# Optimisation des marges : Maximiser les marges des produits désignés en utilisant les leviers pricing, le ranking et les promotions stratégiques.
# Organisation en mode projet (chefferie en projet)
# Analyse et suivi : Mesurer et suivre les impacts des prix et promotions, incluant des benchmarks concurrentiels sur les marchés français et internationaux.
# Gouvernance et déploiement : Gouverner la politique de pricing de l'entreprise et déployer les leviers du Revenue Management en formant et accompagnant les partenaires internes pour stimuler la croissance.
# Management d’un ou plusieurs alternants : formation, suivi et montée en compétences.
Expérience expertise : Minimum 6 ans d'expérience professionnelle, dont au moins 4 ans en Data et/ou Pricing et/ou en Revenue Management, idéalement dans le secteur e-commerce ou automobile.
= Formation académique : Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce, MBA, école d'ingénieur ou ayant un diplôme en statistiques.
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise avancée de SQL (requêtages, analyses) avec des compétences supplémentaires en programmation (R, Python) et idéalement une expérience avec Google Cloud Platform (Big Query).
Connaissances sectorielles : Idéalement des notions de l'industrie automobile ou de mécanique automobile, ainsi qu'une expérience en Big Data, science des données ou apprentissage automatique.
