Votre mission Au sein de la Direction Cybersécurité du groupe COLAS, vous êtes responsable du pôle de Gouvernance Cyber. Vous travaillerez dans un contexte international avec les équipes IS/IT, Métiers et Cyber du groupe. Vos principales responsabilités Vous avez en charge l’accompagnement cyber des Métiers dans leur réponse aux appels d’offre, notamment en faisant vivre le Plan d’Assurance Sécurité de COLAS. Vous pilotez l’évaluation de la maturité cyber des SI internes de COLAS. Vous animez la démarche d’identification des risques cyber et tenez à jour la cartographie des risques cyber. Vous gérez le plan Cyber à 3 ans :
définition, validation par le Comité Stratégique, déploiement et suivi de l’avancement de la roadmap cyber du groupe COLAS auprès de l’ensemble des équipes IS/IT, Cyber et Métiers sollicitées. Vous pilotez le portefeuille des projets portés par la Direction Cyber. Vous avez en charge le pilotage des activités cyber via l’animation des différents comités cyber du groupe COLAS, la production des KPI et dashboards cyber permettant de piloter les activités cyber. Vous êtes responsable de la Politique de Sécurité des Systèmes d’Information de COLAS, ainsi que des directives de cyber sécurité associées. Et vous portez l’amélioration continue de ces dernières. Vous pilotez la veille sur les évolutions de contraintes légales auxquelles le groupe COLAS est soumis à travers le monde et les répercutez dans la politique et les directives de cyber sécurité du groupe Vous participez à la vie de la communauté cyber gouvernance au sein du groupe BOUYGUES. Vous assurez la bonne réalisation des études et aux travaux cyber menés au sein du groupe BOUYGUES et au sein de la FNTP. Pour ce faire, vous avez la responsabilité des Cyber Gouvernance Officers et rapportez directement au Directeur Cyber de COLAS.
Description du profil :
Vous êtes diplômé.E d’un BAC+5, idéalement en informatique avec une spécialisation cyber et justifiez d’au moins 2 ans d’expérience sur une fonction similaire ou d’au moins 6 ans sur une fonction de Cyber Gouvernance Officer. Vous maitrisez les fondamentaux dans les principaux domaines de la sécurité des systèmes d’information. Vous connaissez les législations, les normes et les standards internationaux dans le domaine de la cyber sécurité :
normes ISO 2700X, framework NIST, réglementations Data Privacy, guides de bonnes pratiques des agences ANSII/ENISA/CISA/…, directive NIS, … Vous avez une expérience de management hiérarchique ou fonctionnel. Vous avez le sens du dialogue et avez de l’impact à l’écrit et à l’oral. Vous avez la capacité de travailler en transverse IT / Métiers au sein d’une organisation complexe et de vous approprier les enjeux Métiers. Vous avez déjà travaillé dans un contexte international et justifiez d’une aisance en anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral. Vous savez piloter des prestations externes.
