Be part of a team where you will perform the following tasks:

  • Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales expectation
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers
  • Monitor business and sales activities
  • Proactively manage and progress quotations from point of enquiry through to a win / lose outcome
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including customer service and product development) to improve the entire customer experience
  • Identify opportunities for the development of international standard or bespoke products and services that meet both the existing and future aspirations of the customer base
  • Attend meetings with customers and obtain full customer project briefs and provide accurate quotations
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • To provide information as requested relating to all areas of the business in terms of forecasts, turnover and budget
  • To monitor stocks and payment and ensure agreed terms are adhered to, and to liaise closely with the Finance Department in order to minimize credit exposure risk
  • To negotiate price increase with customer

Required Education / Skills:

  • Demonstrable competence of successfully dealing with customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the personal care market and/or the plastic packaging industry
  • Ability to build and develop customer relationships and trust
  • Interest in the role of project manager for launches and new developments
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team to achieve objectives; taking accountability for work / actions undertaken
  • Ability to develop an international network within the company
  • English is mandatory
