Using our secure tools, organizations can quickly resolve complex customer issues, while reducing costs and creating an exceptional customer experience.Since 2020, Apizee has been part of the Bouygues Telecom group, which makes it legitimate to be the European sovereign solution for secure video conferencing and sectoral video expertise.Apizee is located in Brittany, Lannion and Rennes, and employs 40 people.Job OpeningAs part of its commercial expansion, Apizee is opening a new Presales Engineer position to strengthen its existing sales team.Reporting to sales management, the Presales Engineer will be in direct contact with customers and end-users, as well as Apizee's business partners (resellers, software publishers, integrators). The Presales Engineer has a cross-functional role and interacts with Apizee's internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Service).The position is open to telecommuting and does not require travel to customer sites. However, exceptional travel is to be expected (trade shows, partner events, customer presentations, etc.).You will receive training in our solutions and support in marketing techniques as soon as you arrive.Your Missions:Provide technical support to sales forces during the various phases of the sales process (qualification, demonstration, proof of concept, etc.).Respond to calls for tenders on technical (integration, security, etc.) and commercial (service costing, non-standard offers) aspects, by writing technical proposals and taking part in presentations.Develop and maintain relations with the pre-sales teams of various distributors/integrators/software publishers.Provide customers with a service that meets their needs (cost, deadlines and quality) and propose upgrades adapted to their expectations/needs.Monitor the company's product range and ecosystem.Develop sales on all the company's products and services.Contribute to product development specifications.Ensure weekly reporting of activities in CRM.Profile RequiredYou have an engineering degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years' successful experience in selling B2B solutions, ideally in the SaaS software or services sector.You have a passion for new technologies and are looking to put your professional sales experience to good use in a scale-up environment.Skills:Fluent English (written and spoken).Strong sales drive, B2B software sales culture and results-oriented culture.Good technical knowledge of networks and security.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Inventive, tenacious, motivated by the startup environment and entrepreneurial culture, and able to make proposals.Aligned with our values of trust, knowledge, team spirit and performance.Type of Position: Permanent contractRemuneration: Fixed + Variable (based on profile)Location: Lannion, Rennes or ParisJoin a mature and growing start-up.A human-sized team.A friendly, dynamic, and challenging work environment.Mobile offer for employees: advantageous rate on mobile subscription and package.
