We are a remote-friendly company headquartered in Paris and have an office in Marseille, with a global and diverse team of about 40 tech, product, growth, and sales experts. We value excellence, hard work, and autonomy.Beavr is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative who will help Account Executives drive deals.We currently have 10 members on the Sales team, led by Alexis Prades, comprising both Sales Development Representatives (SDR), Growth Manager, and Account Executives (AE), including juniors and seniors, as well as men and women.With Marketing and SDRs boosting your pipeline with leads, you will improve to become our ace marksman. No sustainability knowledge is required (but you should be looking to learn). Opportunities for internal growth are numerous over time.We allow occasional remote work; however, the team is recruiting in Paris. Therefore, it is important for the person to be located in the Île-de-France region.RoleAt Beavr, we are looking for people who like to build, but who's also 'hands-on'. Your missions:Have a strong understanding of Beavr's value proposition and product.Master the process of identifying strategic accounts using tools like Hubspot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fullenrich, Userled, and working alongside our RevOps team.Organize a multi-channel approach (we're very fond of cold calling) to prospecting and maximize efforts by balancing personalization and scale.Collaborate with account executives to secure meetings with target accounts.Run in-depth discovery calls and always focus on qualitative conversations.Efficiently and gracefully counter objections, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills.Challenge the market to think differently about our vision of what a strong sustainability management system looks like.QualificationsHave prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating Sales role.Help us to manage our current Outbound Engine.Be a self-starter who enjoys creating processes and procedures for a scaling business.Be highly empathetic to prospects as a strong brand representative for Beavr.Are ready to get your hands dirty: we're a small team and everyone chips in when necessary (we love cold call sessions).Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.You're a builder.Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1.Fluency in written and spoken French is required (English + any other language is a strong plus).Why join BeavrWe pride ourselves on being a small, committed team of highly autonomous individuals.
