Für unseren Standort in Gerolzhofen suchen wir eine*n HR-Business Partner*in in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit:Du bist Sparringspartner*in für die Personal- und Werkleitung bei allen strategischen und operativen Personalthemen.Du hast Spaß an der Betreuung unserer Mitarbeiter*innen im gesamten Employee Life Cycle.Du erarbeitest gerne Vorschläge zur Verbesserung unserer Personalprozesse und wirkst aktiv an deren Umsetzung mit.Du übernimmst spannende HR-Projekte (z.B. Betreuung der jährlichen Mitarbeiterbefragung, Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement u.v.m.).Du arbeitest eng mit dem lokalen Betriebsrat und den Tarifpartner*innen zusammen.Der Umgang mit Zahlen macht Dir eben soviel Freude wie der Umgang mit Menschen und Du führst souverän Personalstatistiken und notwendige Dokumentationen.Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL oder Psychologie, Schwerpunkt Personalwesen, mit.Du hast bereits fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Rolle und Erfahrungen mit SAP.Du hast Lust, Deinen Aufgabenbereich zu gestalten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen.Du bist eigeninitiativ und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Diskretion.Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.Seit mehr als 350 Jahren haben sich unsere Werte nicht verändert.
