About the teamOur Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is the primary Finance partner for Equativ’s business leaders. The team is composed of 1 FP&A Director, 3 Senior FP&A Analysts, 1 FP&A Analyst, and 1 Finance Planning Systems Manager who strive to provide enterprise-wide planning, analysis, and reporting. The team’s input is also required for all finance projects: M&A growth, product pricing and billing implementation, contracts renegotiation, etc.What you'll doReporting to the Finance Planning Systems Manager, your mission will be to support the implementation of our EPM Anaplan through the improvement of existing models and build of new use cases.topline, OPEX, and workforce planningHiring plan managementVariable compensation calculation & communicationInfrastructure investment planningWith many more expected in the futureImprove existing Anaplan models to adapt them to the company growth and needs evolutionsBuild new use cases from scratch: these can be both shorter or longer-term projects depending on the scaleEnsure Anaplan best practices application throughout the different models to guarantee performance, reliability, and scalabilityImprove and create UX pages adapted to our end-users needsProvide technical support to end-users but also guide them through change managementWork on automation topics beyond Anaplan: connection to other IS, Excel modelization, etc.1 year working with Anaplan as a Model BuilderHigh proficiency in Excel / Gsheets is a mustYou have great communication skills as you will act as an internal consultant and need to understand the needs from end-users and support them through transformationDaily business is done in English: both written and spoken fluency is requiredYou can demonstrate a creative mind to solve problems and suggest innovative solutionsYou’re curious, willing to develop your technical skills and apply them to various topics in a fast-growing companyBasic knowledge of SQL, Workato, PowerQuery is a plus but not mandatory - we are here to help you growPrevious experience in FP&A, management consulting, sales operations, or business analysis is a plusAbout usEquativ is the new single name for Smart Adserver, DynAdmic, LiquidM, and Nowtilus — four proven innovators in advertising technology.
