We are looking for you, a Marketing Manager Print and Product (m/f/d) to strengthen our creative team and continue the success story of PickmotionYOUR TASKSYou develop and implement creative marketing strategies from the initial idea to the market launch for our product collectionsYou design and coordinate advertising measures, campaigns and product presentations.You are responsible for the creation and management of our print advertising materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, POS materials) and work closely with the graphics and sales teamYou monitor market developments and trends and contribute innovative ideas to the further development and new development of our product linesYou evaluate the success of our campaigns and continuously optimize our marketing measuresYOUR PROFILECompleted studies in marketing, communication, media or a comparable qualificationEnthusiasm for photography and print, as well as creativity and conceptual strength paired with organizational skillsExperience in the content design of publications, e.g. cover letters, catalogs and sales flyersHigh design standards, as well as a strong understanding of typography and photographyAn excellent sense of language and a feel for topics and trendsVery good knowledge of German and EnglishWHAT WE OFFERAttractive remuneration tailored to the respective professional experience, as well as other benefits (membership in the Urban Sports Club or benefits card, Germany ticket)Unique opportunity to contribute your skills immediately, to shape things directly and to quickly assume responsibilityA motivated and committed team that pulls togetherA steep learning curve through direct collaboration with management in different business areasFlexible and family-friendly working hours (possibility to perform the role part-time)WHO WE ARE - A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO PICKMOTIONPICKMOTION is an internationally successful Berlin-based creative company that works with Instagrammers to capture visual trends and design timelessly beautiful products (calendars, art posters, postcards, greeting cards and magnets).
