Join the EMEA Sales team of twenty people and actively participate in the development and leadership of your team in your region.As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the group's commercial strategy in the CIS & MEA region. With your team of 5 people (consisting of 2 Sales Executives and 3 International Inside Sales), you will grow the region's activities both in market share and in developing our partners' volume, opening new accounts, and entering new markets.Lead, motivate and unite your sales team around the Flight Plan objective. Identify training needs for each team member's development.Directly oversee major accounts in the region, supporting Sales Executives. Liaise with management of our EDPs (Evolis Direct Partners) to ensure operational involvement of our direct partners' sales teams.Report to sales management.You will work in interaction with your colleagues from the EMEA Sales team, Marketing, and Specific Projects.You hold a Master's degree (4-5 years of higher education). You have an excellent level of English (B2).
