Leveraging cutting-edge technology, including advanced sensors, UBEES is revolutionizing sustainable agriculture by bridging the gap between beekeeping and modern farming practices.Location: Paris / Hybrid PositionContract Type: Permanent (CDI)Reports To: COOMain MissionEnsure the deployment, technical monitoring, and proper functioning of beekeeping sensors (temperature) for clients and partners. The Tech Manager is also responsible for managing equipment inventory and providing occasional on-site support to facilitate deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesDeployment ManagementPlan and coordinate sensor deployments on-site in collaboration with local teams and clients.Ensure all installations meet defined technical and operational standards.Train teams and clients on using the sensors and associated tools.Technical Monitoring and MaintenanceOversee sensor performance through remote monitoring.Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users.Manage software and hardware updates for the sensors.Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.Client and Partner RelationsMaintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and proper equipment functionality.Suggest technical improvements based on user feedback.Prepare technical and operational reports for clients and internal stakeholders.Occasional On-Site SupportConduct occasional field visits to monitor or oversee complex or critical installations.Collaborate with local teams on specific deployment or maintenance projects.Inventory and Logistics ManagementManage stock of sensors, accessories, and spare parts.Track inventory movements and optimize stock levels.Ensure the availability of required equipment before each deployment.Handle material orders from suppliers.Required SkillsKnowledge of IoT sensors (temperature, weight, humidity, etc.).Proficiency in remote monitoring tools and technical diagnostics.Familiarity with networks (Wi-Fi, GSM, LoRa, etc.) and IoT communication protocols.Ability to write technical procedures and reports.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (planning, tracking, coordination).Strong communication skills (technical team, clients, partners).Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on satisfaction.Precision and autonomy in managing stocks and equipment.Candidate ProfileTechnical education (engineering or advanced technician in electronics, IoT, industrial IT, or equivalent).3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (deployment, technical project management).Knowledge of the agricultural or beekeeping sector is a plus.Availability for occasional travel (France and international).Professional proficiency in English and Spanish required.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Engineering and Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
