Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.About the job and your team• Participate in the implementation of Process Control system “IMPEX” on new Hydro locations in Europe and Brazil.• Support all existing Hydro locations covered with IMPEX, with the IMPEX team: 73 presses, 37 locations, 18 countries. Supports means, incidents, bugs, trainings, questions, requests for change, improvement, communication on new modules, best practice sharing, documentation, testing, creation of new reports (PowerBI, Birt).• You will work on• Project management and reporting for IMPEX implementation on new Presses:Define project planning and all necessary documentation with PMO and follow up project plan and costDefine specific needs for new presses (depending on equipment)Define integration with ERP system / Quality system if necessaryFollow-up compliance of PLC program with internal or external PLC programmersConfigure applications with specific requirementsTrain operators and middle management on siteSpecify needs for additional modules or improvements on existing modulesParticipate in Go Live on site• Participate in support in BAU (Business As Usual) for locations already installed with IMPEX:Trainings, questions on applicationsSpecify and follow-up on SPR (Small Project Request)Follow up and fix incidents together with the technical teamCommunication on improvement and new modules - Documentation - Best practice sharingNew report creation (Power BI, Birt)• Ensure to work in compliance with Hydro Quality system, HSE regulations, policies, and standardized operating procedures.What we offer you• Working at the world’s only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy company• Diverse, global teams• Flexible work environment/home office• We provide you the freedom to be creative and to learn from experts• Possibility to grow with the company, gain new certificates• Attractive benefit packageYour qualifications and skills• 1 to 3 years of experience• Master/Bachelor/Vocational Degree• Fluent in English and German is mandatory.
