We are looking for business and technology smarts; Be the primary consultant on 3-5 clients at any time for whom you are their primary systems expert, business advisor, and chief driver of process efficiencies
Be comfortable working with senior executives and functional leaders regularly
Work directly with customers to understand, validate, and document their business requirements and map them to NetSuite functionality
Solution delivery responsibilities include, but are not limited to: requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training
Working on the design, build and test of system integrations between our client’s business systems
Supporting the ongoing maintenance and management of integration projects
3-5 years in a professional services, functional, or technical consulting role, ideally in ERP, CRM, or e-commerce.
~ Hands-on experience with SaaS solutions, IT, or specific business models (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering , Finance , Accounting , or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
~ Strategic thinker with the ability to align client business needs to solution options and implementation approaches.
~ Must be fluent in French (both written and spoken).
~ Must be conversational or professional in English (both written and spoken)
