Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Facebook Ads & Google Ads)Location: Kerobokan, Bali (MUST BE LIVING IN BALI - THIS POSITION IS FOR WORKING IN THE OFFICE)Department: MarketingReports to: Marketing Manager / DirectorJob Overview:We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with advanced expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate will lead and manage paid media campaigns across both platforms to drive business growth and maximize ROI. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising initiatives, ensuring that campaigns meet performance targets and align with overall marketing objectives. If you are a data-driven, highly analytical, and results-oriented digital marketer, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Google Ads Campaign Management:Lead the creation, implementation, and management of paid search and display campaigns on Google Ads.Conduct extensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to inform campaigns.Manage bid strategies, budget allocation, and campaign structure to ensure optimal performance and efficient use of ad spend.Utilize Google Ads features like remarketing, responsive search ads, and dynamic ads to drive conversions.Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.Design, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives (lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness).Develop audience targeting strategies and build custom audiences based on demographics, behaviors, and interests.Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.Monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and make adjustments to improve performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS).Stay current with Facebook's platform updates, ad formats, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative.Reporting & Data Analysis:Provide in-depth reports and analysis on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.Utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize accordingly.Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in performance data to inform ongoing marketing strategies and decisions.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling and impactful ad creatives and messaging.Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure synergy between paid and organic strategies.Support the marketing team in planning and executing seasonal or high-impact promotional campaigns.Strategy & Budget Management:Develop and manage digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and drive measurable results.Optimize advertising spend across Facebook Ads and Google Ads to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.Prepare and manage campaign budgets, ensuring they are in line with marketing goals.Continuous Improvement & Industry Trends:Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices for paid advertising.Test new ad formats and techniques to continually improve ad performance and user engagement.Maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape to stay ahead of industry shifts and leverage emerging opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of proven experience in managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns.Expertise in creating and optimizing campaigns on both Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager (Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram).Solid understanding of online advertising best practices, targeting strategies, and optimization techniques.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Business Manager, and Excel (or other data analysis tools).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Skills:Google Ads Certification and Facebook Blueprint Certification.Experience with advanced bidding strategies, including automated bidding and budget management.Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation industries.Familiarity with landing page optimization, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and marketing automation tools.Experience with retargeting and remarketing strategies across both platforms.Benefits:Competitive SalaryBPJS and THR (Allowance)
