Field Service Engineer itinérant – Technicien itinérant à l’international (H/F)

VOTRE MISSION

En tant que Field Service Engineer, vous êtes au cœur des opérations techniques chez nos clients et garantissez la performance de nos équipements.

Vos responsabilités incluront :

  • Installer, adapter et mettre en service nos appareils de contrôle sur les lignes de production chez nos clients en France et à l'étranger.
  • Diagnostiquer et dépanner les équipements installés chez nos clients.
  • Réaliser l'entretien préventif des équipements, rédiger les rapports d'intervention et assurer le suivi des chantiers.
  • Former les utilisateurs à l'utilisation optimale de nos appareils sur les lignes de production.
  • Communiquer régulièrement l'avancement de vos travaux aux équipes projets et au service d'assistance technique.

Vos Conditions de travail :

  • Formation complète : un programme d’intégration structuré dès votre arrivée avec 6 mois de formation interne.
  • Déplacements facilités : train, avion ou voiture selon la destination, afin de limiter les contraintes.
  • Interventions sur site client : directement sur le terrain, un environnement qui change en fonction du secteur d’activité de chaque client.
  • Périmètre d’intervention : international (France, DROM-COM, Europe, Afrique, Moyen-Orient, Amérique du Nord, etc..).

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Débutant(e) ou non, bénéficiez d'une formation approfondie de plusieurs semaines suivie d'une intégration en binôme avec un technicien expérimenté ;
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais indispensable, l’allemand est un plus ;
  • Issu(e) d’une formation BAC+2 minimum en électronique, automatisme, électrotechnique, génie électrique, maintenance des systèmes ou CIRA. Ouverture à d'autres domaines techniques appréciée (mécanique, informatique industrielle...) ;
  • Vous êtes volontaire et aimez faire preuve d'autonomie ;
  • Mobilité & goût du voyage : vous aimez travailler sur le terrain et vous êtes à l’aise avec les déplacements fréquents.
