We work closely with other Microsoft teams and partners, especially Customer Success, Marketing, and the STU, to ensure those solutions meet our customers’ needs.ResponsibilitiesIn this EMEA wide role, you will engage in business level dialogues with key customers around their SAP workloads, including business transformation for enterprise computing and digital transformation. Some of your key responsibilities will include:Creating the “buy-in” vision with key CxO stakeholders by building executive relationships to generate excitement around Microsoft solutions’ value to influence long-term strategic direction around SAP workloads.Engaging, and jointly selling, with SAP counterparts, Partners and Priority ISVs to maximize business results.Leading multi-million-dollar deals, requiring orchestration of virtual teams composed of industry, solution, technical, licensing and legal team members as well as System Integrators and ISV partners.Exceeding sales / cloud consumption quota by driving pipeline management and accurate forecasting.Influencing the Microsoft Azure SAP GTM strategies by providing feedback to the leadership team, marketing, and engineering on current and future product requirements and sales blockers.Maintaining your technical sales and professional skills, and competitive readiness.Briefing Microsoft Executives around complex sales opportunities, including competitive strategies and close plans to engage customers with joint value positioning.QualificationsYour success in this role will be based on your ability to bring to the fore your communication, problem solving and relationship building skills, as you interact with senior level executives in our major customers. Some of the key skills you will be able to demonstrate include:Extensive technology-related sales or account management experience.Knowledge of enterprise software solutions and cloud and datacentre infrastructure competitor landscape.Experience managing large cloud engagements, especially those involving infrastructure modernisation and migration.Demonstrable knowledge on the SAP Netweaver platform.Management or coaching of a geographically dispersed sales operation.Experience of regularly selling to C-Suite and executive level business stakeholders.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field OR relevant experience.Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
