The Central Eastern Europe Sales Manager for the Truck Business is a pivotal leadership position responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction across CEE markets. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies while fostering robust relationships with key customers and partners.Sales Strategy and Planning:• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Eastern European region, aligned with overall business objectives.• Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, regularly monitoring and adjusting strategies as needed.• Provide training and guidance to enhance the team's sales skills and effectiveness.Sales Forecasting and Reporting:• Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets.• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales metrics, market trends, and competitive activities.• Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimize sales processes.Budget Management:• Develop and manage the sales budget for the Western Europe region.• Compliance and Legal:• Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
