We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for our Laboratory Process Solutions activity (LPS).Based in Aubagne, you will be responsible for providing the sales team with administrative support and enhancing the efficiency of the sales process between the organization and its customers while interacting with internal and external customers.You support the internal sales team by providing all necessary information, supporting our tools, and training on process steps to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage the purchase of our products and services.Grow With Us - Your ResponsibilitiesWork with our SPOT “SAP” & CRM “Sales force”Answer customer enquiriesSupport and preparation of quotationsLead management: Transfer of incoming leads to the right contact person or to sales functions via CRMCollaborate in projects, e.g., internal process optimizationReview, maintenance, and control of price conditions in SAP and ensure conditions on eShop & CRM are visibleCentralize information for the production of price lists & pricing groupsProcess and follow-up on literature and brochure requests as well as sample dispatchCoordinate and process questionnairesEnsure the quality of master data in SAP & CRM (Sales relevant data)Support with eCommerce enquiriesCustomer creation in SAP & Salesforce (Duplicate check of prospects)Support and coordinate reseller requests and preparation of offersCoordinate service technician leads and calculation of bonus paymentsProcess marketing promo actionsWork between the different departments of the Sartorius Group and the sales teamSupport colleagues in the sales support departmentSupport in DEMO & Sampling Handling ProcessWhat Will Convince UsAcademic degree in business administration or similarMinimum 3 years of work experience in customer service or order processing departmentReporting skillsService and detail-orientedGood communication and teamwork skillsProven software skills, e.g., Microsoft Office, SAP, and any field management softwareFluent in English and French.What We OfferOur ambition is to simplify progress in life science research and the biopharmaceutical industry to help translate scientific findings into new therapeutics faster and more efficiently.
