This role encompasses the management and development of the People Operations team (2 People Operations Coordinators in direct management in Europe).Employee Lifecycle ManagementManage the employee lifecycle, from contracts and onboarding to offboarding and absences.Monitor HRIS data to support decision-making and optimize people-related processes.Team ManagementLead a high-performance team with clear goals, feedback, and professional development.Manage employment-related legal matters, including contracts, terminations, and disputes.Continuous Improvement and Projects InvolvementImprove HRIS systems and automate processes for operational efficiency.How can we ensure an optimized use of our HRIS?Do You Have What It Takes to Be a Senior People Operations Manager?You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Human Resources Manager role with a proven track record of team and project management.But You Also Have:A great interest in process design and optimizationA strong sense of customer service and excellent organizational skillsA strong appetite to dive into HRISYou Also Are:Fluent in English (C1 minimum)Fluent in French (C1 minimum)If you speak Dutch or German, it would be the cherry on the cakeSense: We're committed to giving you the level of information you need to make sense of your assignments.
