The Store Manager leads the Client Advisors to the acquisition of brand and product awareness, transmitting them the brand philosophy and core values.In particular, the main responsibilities are:Cultivating a relationship with customers through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and by guiding the CA team to providing a unique service and shopping experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines.Communicating clearly, correctly and courteously in their mother tongue and other foreign languages with both clients and team members, whilst also actively listening and paying attention in order to establish mutual trust.Guiding the team in maximizing sales and performance and reporting missed opportunities to company management, allowing potential corrective actions to be implemented. With the aim of boosting business, the Store Manager will be also required to provide feedback through reports related to: sales trends, customers satisfaction and competitors.Liasing with the HQ Retail Buying office to plan the best product assortment.Ensuring that high standards are maintained through a correct implementation of the Visual Guidelines, coordinating the team in assembling or dismantling visual displays, in windows or in-store, on a regular basis.Supporting in the organization of events and trunk shows in order to introduce new customers to the brand, to instil and increase loyalty and to provide further ideas on CRM actions to be implemented.Managing and motivating the team in carrying out daily activities within the Boutique with a sense of responsibility.
