Lead the engineering department in the design and development of innovative special machines.Oversee all aspects of project management, from conception through to completion.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.Utilize industry best practices to ensure product quality and performance meet customer expectations.Manage budgets and timelines efficiently to deliver projects on time and within scope.Mentor and develop engineering talent within the organization.Continuously assess and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the engineering process.Establish key performance metrics and track performance against those standards.Essential QualificationsMaster’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in a senior engineering management role, with a focus on special machines.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.Desired Experience10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery in related fields.Experience in budget management and resource allocation.Familiarity with the latest engineering design software and tools.Ability to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced and changing environment.Salary & BenefitsAnnual Salary: Competitive based on experience and qualifications (in Euro €)Generous vacation and leave policies.Professional development and training programs.Flexible work hours and remote work options.Performance bonus and incentive programs.Application ProcessIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for engineering innovation, we encourage you to apply.
