The service holder shall be involved in the ABSHERON FFD FEED and will manage the piping discipline for the onshore CPF package. They will communicate closely with other disciplines to ensure all piping requirements are addressed in the design, layout, fabrication, construction, and commissioning.The service holder will provide value-adding knowledge to constructability reviews and 3D model review, taking into consideration layout restrictions, ergonomics, safety, utilities, and maintainability.During FEED, the service holder will oversee the performance of the FEED CTR on time and on budget for FEED deliverable submission related to their scope of work and actively participate in the EPC CFT preparation.The service holder could also be involved during the current pre-feed extension.This work will be performed in accordance with JOCAP and TotalEnergies OneTech and Project rules, guidelines, and procedures.The service holder must possess strong experience in the piping discipline for oil and gas onshore plants and be able to identify, control, and manage risks related to their scope of work while highlighting any opportunities.This includes adhering to the Company Code of Conduct, Vision, Values, and Behaviours, supported by the Safe System of Working, including Accountability of Safety.ResponsibilitiesThe service holder shall:Develop equipment and piping layouts, and general arrangements ensuring compliance with project specifications, piping materials, codes, and standards.Develop piping deliverables associated with project engineering designs, studies, cost estimates, and project executions.Review piping stress analysis and critical lines identification.Ensure that Piping Engineering deliverables and designs adhere to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Be responsible for approving the 3D model for the piping discipline, stress analysis, drawings, and other piping deliverables.Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate piping layouts and designs into the overall product design.Perform technical reviews, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for piping layouts and systems.Develop, review, and ensure proposals contain clearly defined material, equipment, and delivery information.Be aware of TotalEnergies HSE Standards.Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.Possess knowledge of environmental principles, practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and current country legislative issues.Requirements- Qualification: Lead discipline- Professional Experience: More than 15 years- Experience within project: More than 15 years
