Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries.We're looking for a City Manager to strengthen the operations and public affairs of Dott in Grenoble. The City Manager will report to the Area Manager Auvergne Rhone-Alpes and will work closely with our French and central teams.What you'll do:1/ Team managementWork closely with your direct reports (on street or at the warehouse), whilst keeping a close relationship with all your employees.Spend time on the ground to understand the day-to-day issues your team might encounter.Ensure a safe work environment for your team and make sure that all procedures are followed.Ensure your team is happy to come to work.2/ Operations & ResultsOwn the operational KPI's for your city, i.e.: fleet availability, rides per available vehicle, number of active users, which you follow on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Ensure that the fleet to be repaired will be back on the streets in no time to generate revenues.Own the financial results of Grenoble, ensuring the accounting books are correct and you always strive for better performance.Ensure strategic positioning of your fleet thanks to innovative projects and analysis.Create and set-up new events to increase visibility, user acquisition and user safety.Be the first point of contact of officials in the region and maintain a service of excellence.What you'll need:Successful managerial experience required.A lot of autonomy & entrepreneurship mentality.Be open, proactive and maintain a positive attitude.Great communication skills, able to adapt your tone and style to the audience.Data based decision making, measure the results.Be a true leader for your teams by working directly with your staff on the ground.Strong analytical & Excel skills required.This may inspire you*:Our one time home office bonus upon your start to create your ideal home office set up.Our annual learning & development budget.Our rides program with availability to opt in and opt out to ride our e-scooters & e-bikes.Our partnership for mental health at work, with free 1on1 video counselling, self-guided development and more.Our sabbatical program.Our flexible hours and 1 month remote working option.Our diversity and inclusivity initiatives and programs such as #allies-of-pride.Our public holiday swap, with which you can switch two public holidays to another day.Our voluntary day off for charity work.Our contribution to your meal voucher per working day.Our subsidy for commuting costs to the office.Our "mutuelle" health insurance contribution to enhance your health coverage.* benefits may vary depending on country and positionWe actively encourage a diverse and inclusive environment that fosters each employee's individuality at Dott.
