This entity helps customers become a leading platform organisation by providing tech solutions (Cloud, AI, Data) and frameworks based on our strategic partnership with a hyperscaler.You will take up a leadership role in executing, coordinating, and optimising comprehensive marketing campaigns and assets for Devoteam. For this, it is essential to gain a deep understanding of the division’s business / recruitment / marketing goals and context. At the same time, you work in close collaboration with the other marketers of the internal agency who have specialisations in content marketing, digital marketing, graphic design, multimedia, etc.Besides managing the execution and creation of marketing tactics, you will take up a leading advisory role to help the Devoteam Marketing Director with shaping and improving the marketing strategy. You will spearhead and drive high-impact campaigns designed at a group level, solidifying Devoteam's influential presence.Main Tasks:Marketing operations:Sync with the Marketing Director on the marketing initiatives to be performed on a global scale. This involves ensuring alignment with the overarching Devoteam (marketing) strategy and evaluating the potential for scalability across multiple countries in the EMEA region. Thereby optimising the output for widespread benefits across various entities.Execute, manage or coordinate the production of marketing assets.
