This is a unique opportunity to shape commercial strategy, manage key partnerships, and drive revenue growth in a fast-evolving market.Job PurposeDevelops and executes the commercial strategy with the CEO and Board.Oversees global sales operations, reporting, regional strategies, and product marketing.Manages key client relationships and North American distribution partners.Recruits, develops, and supports the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth.Optimizes budgets, sales strategies, and market positioning.Monitors industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to enhance performance.Sets and achieves sales targets, ensuring customer engagement and retention.Delivers P&L targets and drives project pipeline growth.Direct Reports:Regional Director - APACBusiness Development DirectorHead of MarketingExperience:Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pre/probiotics, functional ingredients, or food supplements industry.At least 7 years in a sales leadership position.4+ years in a direct sales role with CRM and sales technology experience.2+ years in a senior (C-level) leadership role is preferred.Skills & Knowledge:Strong sales leadership and strategic planning skills.Expertise in selling strategies, market trends, and customer engagement.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong knowledge of company products and competitive landscape.Qualifications & Training:Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.French speaking would be beneficial for some customer relations but not essential.Feel free to reach out directly to ask me any questions.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development, General Business, and Strategy/PlanningIndustriesHealth and Human Services
