Le Cabinet Clifford Chance recherche un(e) stagiaire dans l'équipe Compliance & Risk management

Clifford Chance est un cabinet international d'avocats d'affaires, déployé en 31 bureaux dans le monde. Chaque jour, plus de 3 000 avocats conçoivent des solutions pour leurs clients, dans tous les domaines du droit des affaires.

A Paris, les 200 avocats de Clifford Chance interviennent sur des opérations complexes et innovantes, adaptées au contexte spécifique de chaque marché.

Le département compliance & risk management interne du bureau de Paris, recherche actuellement un(e) stagiaire qui puisse l'aider dans ses missions de compliance et conformité avec les différents règlementations (Anticorruption, RGPD, LCB-FT, Ordre etc ) Le stagiaire sera également amèné(e) à participer à des projets transversaux clés pour l'équipe de conformité globale, à la gestion des risques et à l'évaluation de la lutte contre la corruption, ainsi qu'au soutien aux éventuelles sanctions commerciales internationales.

Dès son premier jour le stagiaire sera intégré dans l'équipe locale et globale. Ses missions principales seront les suivantes:

- Contribuer à la gestion opérationnelle de la Compliance interne au niveau du bureau de Paris (et/ou Bruxelles),
- Contribuer à la sensibilisation et au soutien aux équipes des bureaux de Paris et/ou Bruxelles,
- Mener des projets transversaux clés pour l'équipe de conformité globale, en rapportant directement au Compliance Manager du bureau de Paris, Brussels & Casablanca ;
- Participer à des projets de gestion des risques et d'évaluation de l'exposition aux sujets tels que la lutte contre la corruption, LCB-FT, RGPD etc

Vos principaux challenges seront les suivants:

- Clifford Chance est un cabinet de grande envergure. Le scope du stage sera à l'échelle du bureau de Paris et/ou du bureau de Bruxelles,
- Urgence des sujets clés qui sont déterminés par des facteurs externes tels que le changement de règlementation sur plusieurs juridictions,
- Priorités multiples sur différents sujets,
- Gestion de diverses parties prenantes à tous les niveaux de l'organisation,
- Conduite de la transformation du changement impliquant un processus de gestion du changement culturel dans des structures organisationnelles changeantes.

A Propos de vous
- Formation et expériences professionnelles requises:

- Formation juridique / financière / commerciale (Master Spécialisé d'école de commerce serait un plus);
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais (le français est également préférable);
- Diplôme universitaire niveau Master 2 en droit, ou école de commerce, obtenu ou en cours d'obtention (Master 2 en compliance serait un plus);
- Il est essentiel de posséder de solides compétences en communication/analyse et d'excellentes compétences en gestion de projet ;
- Un stage déjà effectué en compliance sera considéré comme un plus.
