Position

The role’s objective is to deploy and track the Global e-Commerce strategy working hand-in-hand with Local eCom teams & Global Brand teams, driving Global Brands guidelines and Local e-Retailer strategy in order to fuel growth and achieve overperformance.

The role interacts both internally to support and drive Global and Local teams with their e-Retail executions as well as externally to implement executions directly with Global customers working across several countries, with the ultimate objective to contribute to NR and Market Share growth assisting market/brands.

Key missions in the role include the below; missions may vary based on business needs:
1/ Lead Brand specific NR & sell-out reporting in partnership with eCom analyst
Build monthly analysis of Top Brands incl. highlights, gap and eCom opportunities to unlock at Brand level
Brand & Licensor reporting

2/ Build, deploy and track eCom Financial Plans & Strategy in close collaboration with the markets
Guide AOP process and track actuals vs target
Build detailed action plans
Over-support developing markets

3/ Build and lead the strategic deployment of Skincare in e-Commerce (focus on Orveda, Lancaster & Philosophy)
Work hand-in-hand with Global Brand teams to implement the Brand’s strategy in E-commerce
Provide a vision of the Skaincare e-Commerce key touchpoints
Responsible of accompanying the countries with Brand’s animation plan and development strategy
Be the contact for Brands & Countries

4/ Support Prestige Brands animations with support on offline traffic drivers

**E retailer CRM**: work hand-in-hand with Brands to deliver E retailer-focused templates

**E retailer owned social**: work hand-in-hand with Brands to deliver E retailer-apapted content

5/ Lead competitive & category knowledge to identify best practices across e-Retailers and Local teams
Extract success cases with local markets focused on conversion, traffic, trial tools, content and search
Collaborate with external partners to create and maintain eCom capabilities (eStore fundamentals tracking, Branded virtual try-on tools, AI tool development, Traffic data systems)
Inspire global and local Brand teams, local eCom and sales
- teams and Retailers on the future of e-Commerce and Coty’s leading role

**6/ Support in ad-hoc request**: Financial reporting, Fashion House meetings, Leadership meetings, Retailer meetings.

3-5 years of experience in Digital business management
Proven record on either (ideally all) e-Retail account Management, Brand management and Digital
Knowledge of China e commerce environment, and critical touchpoints : TMall D2C & PP, JD, Douyin, We Chat
Passionate with the Beauty / Luxury market with an opinion on the current e-Commerce usability
Fluent English & French, both spoken and written, are an absolute must, other languages will be a plus
Outlook and Excel proficiency, strong technical/creative capability on powerpoint

**And soft skills**:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize with great care and attention
Strategic sense to identify brands business development opportunities
E-Retailer negotiation knowledge, to be able to accompany countries in building e-animation plans
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and analytical mind
Enthusiastic can-do attitude and passionate about the ever-evolving digital landscape
At ease to communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders ; ability to interact with local teams, and synthetize their needs to grow business, as much as with brands in Paris : understanding image & product constraints
Driven mindset, self-motivated to work autonomously
