Department Background:
The Product & Services Planning team's mission is to define the future of Nissan products.

As architects of innovative Products and Services, this department's objective is to represent the AMIEO customer's voice and translate it into key product and service requirements to deliver the right competitive equation though the life cycle.

Job description:
Mission and Main tasks and responsibilities:
To represent the customer voice across AMIEO to define innovative and exciting products and services that enrich customer lives.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- With the voice of the customer, support in creating and realizing product concepts and definition of performance targets
- Propose model strategy according to customer needs and market conditions
- Analyse market data and competitor benchmark to propose key product features
- Work closely with related functions in Engineering, Styling, Program and Marketing to maximize the value together
- Work with Cross Car Line to ensure strategy consistency across models
- Carry the voice of the regional customer (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, Oceania) to global counterparts in Japan

**Education**:

- Master's degree in one of the following fields or related areas: Automotive Engineering / Product Design / Marketing / Market Research & Customer Trends

**Experience**:

- 5-7 years of experience minimum in positions linked to Product Planning / Product Marketing / Customer Journey & Experience / Customer-Oriented Engineering
- Experience in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage: Automotive Engineering / Product Design / Marketing / Market Research & Customer Trends.
- General understanding of product development process (R&D, Manufacturing, Design, Marketing, PR)

**Skills**:

- Ability to collect and analyse consumer, market and competitive data and translate it into recommendations and strategies
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and exchange with executives
- Being able to prioritize team work and determine relevant organization and timing to strategically deliver the expected results
- Team management in order to foster employee engagement, motivation and development
- Contribute to important decisions aligned with customer needs and organizational goals
- Assisting in evaluating the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and suggesting adjustments when necessary
- Good skills with data analysis tools (JATO/NCBS/IHS) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint/Excel) are a must

**Requirements**:

- Written and oral fluency in English is a must, other language(s) are an advantage
- Valid driving license in France
- Microsoft Office skills
- Interest and knowledge in automotive industry, mobility solutions and innovation in general with customer-centric mindset
