Cette nouvelle agence s’appuie également sur les assets et expertises des différentes filiales de Vivendi.

Havas Play place les marques au cœur des passions, des communautés et des conversations pour nourrir leur capacité à changer la vie des gens et le monde qui nous entoure.

Havas Play propose aux marques de s’adresser aux communautés de manière plus ludique, sincère, juste et non intrusive. L’agence se nourrit des passions, des centres d’intérêts mais aussi des préoccupations qui rassemblent les gens en communautés, afin d’inscrire les marques dans la vraie vie, dans les médias, sur les réseaux sociaux ou encore le métavers.

Notre vision unique sur le marché, nous la déployons sur l’ensemble de ses territoires d’expression : sport, gaming & esport, entertainment, culture et le web3 et métavers. Nous regroupons toutes les expertises d’une agence de communication : Planning strat’, création, data & insights, social et digital, média et opérations spéciales, production, influence, RP et événementiel.

Nous accompagnons des ambitieux clients, parmi lesquels : Canal+, Unilever (Dove, Rexona, Signal, Axe, Ben&jerry’s...), Puy du fou, GRDF, Paylib, Utilma, Caisse des dépôts, Savencia, Lactalis, Hello Bank, Liebig, Ravensburger, Aéroport de Paris...

L’ÉQUIPE

Chez Havas Play, nous sommes convaincus qu’on peut faire rimer influence marketing avec responsabilité. Notre engagement envers une influence plus éthique, nous permet de proposer des campagnes à fort impact qui réussissent à rassembler les audiences autour de leur passion, quelle qu’elle soit.

Avec une approche de l’influence axée sur la performance, nous accompagnons les clients de Havas Play dans la construction de leur stratégie de marketing d’influence et les aidons à atteindre leurs objectifs, tout au long de l’entonnoir de consommation.

Tu intègreras une équipe de 4 personnes sous la responsabilité d’Emilie Cabanié, Head of influence.

Une équipe de passionnée par l’influence et animée par la curiosité, la créativité, et la stratégie dont tu seras un des maillons essentiels.

LE RÔLE ET LES MISSIONS QU’ON TE PROPOSE

Tu interviendras à la fois sur l’élaboration des recommandations et des stratégies d’influence ainsi que sur le pilotage et suivi des opérations. Au quotidien, tu accompagnes l’activité commerciale auprès du portefeuille clients sur les besoins en influence.

Tes missions seront, entre autres, de:
Élaborer les recommandation et stratégies d’influence, en ligne avec les objectifs de la marque:

- Imaginer et définir les recommandations influence
- Sourcer les influenceurs et gérer les négociations
- Accompagner les autres expertises de l’agence sur des sujets influence afin de développer des synergies (social media, gaming et web3, activations, opérations spéciales, event...)
- Conseiller les clients pour développer les comptes influence et dénicher les opportunités de In biz

Piloter et suivre les opérations d’influence:

- Créer les briefs influence à destination de nos prestataires et partenaires
- Gérer les productions et diffusions des contenus
- Assurer un suivi client de qualité et une relation avec les différentes parties-prenantes de la campagne
- Suivre les KPI-clés
- Analyser les résultats et identifier les « pour actions » associés
- Créer et présenter des bilans des performances

TOI, TES ATOUTS POUR FAIRE LA DIFFÉRENCE
- Tu as au moins 4 ans d’expériences en management de projet influence et/ou au sein d’une agence social média/influence ;
- Tu as un attrait pour les sujets influence et social média (autrement dit, tu aimes passer des heures sur TikTok, Instagram, Youtube et Twitch ) ;
- Tu sais jongler avec les sujets et les thématiques : food, lifestyle, entertainment, banque, énergiebref, rien ne te rebute et tu sais aller identifier les bons acteurs ;
- Tu es dôté(e) d’un sens de l’organisation ; tu n’attends pas la demande client, tu l’anticipes
- Tu as un esprit analytique et de synthèse : mesure des KPI’s, présentations Ppt, fichier Excel et recommandations stratégiques sont ton quotidien ;
