**Au sein du département Sécurité, Conformité et Fraude, le “Junior Security and Compliance Engineer” assistera le “Security & Compliance Lead” dans le cadre des missions suivantes**:
- Garantir le respect des bonnes pratiques, des lois et des réglementations applicables au groupe Meetic (SOx, PCI-DSS, GDPR)
- Coordonner les projets d’évolution des processus et du système d’information
- Être l’interface privilégiée des équipes internes pour tous les sujets liés à la conformité
- Piloter les audits internes & externes et participer à leur bon déroulement (scoping, planning, organisation, collecte de preuves)
- Analyser les risques liés à l’évolution des normes et réglementations
- S’assurer de l’adéquation des mesures de protection des données personnelles des clients et employés, en coordination avec les départements juridique et privacy
- Développer et maintenir la documentation relative aux politiques, procédures et contrôles liés à la conformité et à la sécurité
- Maîtriser les processus d’entrées/sorties de personnel en liaison avec les RHs et piloter les revues des habilitations
- Maintenir des dashboards de suivi des différents sujets liés à la conformité et à la sécurité
**Polyvalent et pleinement intégré à l’équipe “Sécurité, Conformité et Fraude”, le ”Junior Security and Compliance Engineer” pourra également s’impliquer dans les différents projets de l’équipe**:
- Pilotage des outils de Cybersécurité
- Pentests et bug bounty
- Gestion des risques
- Awareness
- Lutte contre la fraude
- etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Bonnes connaissances techniques informatique générales
- Expertise sur les sujets de Conformité (et idéalement sécurité)
- Rigueur et Organisation
- Autonomie et prise d’initiative
- Bonnes capacités d’expression à l’oral et l’écrit
- Aisance relationnelle
- Anglais courant
