**Votre mission**

Vous intégrerez l’une des fonctions transversales Solutions Development & Marketing sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du Manager Value Assurance

Dans le cadre d’une création de poste, vos missions consisteront à:

- Mettre en place des mécanismes de collecte et de gestion du retour d'information des clients/utilisateurs (enquêtes, tickets et avis utilisateurs). Analyser le retour d'information afin d’élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans d’action visant à accroitre la satisfaction clients / utilisateurs.
- Établir, documenter et mettre en œuvre des processus de fonctionnement du département Product Information afin de garantir l'efficacité interne et la satisfaction des clients/utilisateurs. Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour garantir l'alignement sur les objectifs de performance et les besoins des utilisateurs
- Réaliser régulièrement des audits et des évaluations internes afin d'identifier les activités et livrables susceptibles d'être améliorés et optimisés. Communiquer et aligner les retours d'information et adapter en permanence les processus pour garantir l'a performance du département.

**Votre profil**

Vous êtes diplômé.e d'une fomation BAC + 5 et vous justifiez de 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.

Des compétences techniques dans des domaines tels que le système Stibo STEP, Jira et les méthodologies Agile/Scrum seraient très appréciées.

Vous êtes fortement orienté.e « satisfaction client » et « process ».

Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre rigueur, votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse ainsi que votre capacité à proposer / mettre en œuvre des solutions.

Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre excellent esprit d’équipe, votre capacité à collaborer et à travailler de manière autonome ainsi que pour votre capacité à communiquer vos idées de manière enthousiaste et à fédérer.

La maîtrise de l’anglais est indispensable. Le maîtrise du français ou de l’allemand serait apprécié.

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir.
