- Etablissement et suivi de la comptabilité Générale
- Revue et contrôle des procédures comptables
- Analyse et suivi du Bilan
- Mise en place des nouveaux outils de gestion

ENGLISH
- Drawing up and monitoring general accounts
- Review and control of accounting procedures
- Analysis and monitoring of the balance sheet
- Implementation of new management tools

FRENCH
- ** Comptabilité Client**:
Suivi de la facturation, suivi du Factoring, suivi de la balance âgée et relance client, réconciliation des comptes
- ** Comptabilité Fournisseurs**:
Suivi des factures & rapprochement des factures, règlement fournisseurs, réconciliation des comptes
- ** Trésorerie**:
Rapprochement bancaire quotidien, suivi des comptes de cash
- ** Immobilisations**: Suivi des mises en services/ Rebuts, mise à jour dans Oracle, suivi des immos en cours
- ** Comptabilité Générale & fiscale** : Déclaration de la TVA mensuelle

ENGLISH
- ** Customer accounting**:
Follow-up of invoicing, follow-up of factoring, follow-up of aged trial balance and customer reminders, reconciliation of accounts.
- ** Supplier accounting**:
Invoice tracking & reconciliation, supplier payments, account reconciliation
- ** Treasury**:
Daily bank reconciliation, cash account monitoring
- ** Fixed assets**: Monitoring of commissioning/rebuts, updating in Oracle, monitoring of assets under construction
- ** General & tax accounting**: monthly VAT declaration

**Required Skills and Education**

FRENCH

Masters spécialisés en CCA (comptabilité, contrôle, audit), Diplômes comptables DCG (diplôme de comptabilité et de gestion), DSCG (diplôme supérieur de comptabilité et de gestion), Diplôme universitaire ou d’une école de commerce et de gestion

Excel confirmé, anglais professionnel courant

Expérience en US Gaap

Esprit analytique et de synthèse, respect des délais

ENGLISH

Masters specialising in CCA (accounting, control, auditing), accounting diplomas DCG (diploma in accounting and management), DSCG (higher diploma in accounting and management), university or business school diploma

Advanced Excel skills, fluent professional English

Experience in US Gaap

Ability to analyse and summarise, meet deadlines
