Dans le cadre de la croissance de l’entreprise nous recrutons un(e) Chef de projet en efficacité énergétique basé(e) à Lyon ayant pour mission d’accompagner nos clients (industriels et tertiaires) dans leurs projets de maîtrise de leur consommation énergétique et conception de leurs batiments et installations futures.
Job Description
- Réalisation des audits énergétiques industriels et tertiaires
- Gestion de projet mono ou multi-intervenants
- Accompagnement dans les démarches d’audit énergétique, de management de l’énergie, de certification, de formation et d’audit à la norme ISO 50 001,
- Conseil et Assistance à Maitrise d’Ouvrage technique dans la conception, la réalisation et l’exploitation des projets de performance énergétique,
- Participation à la maîtrise et à la valorisation de la donnée énergétique : modélisation et exploration numérique de systèmes complexes, optimisation fonctionnelle,
- Obtention de subventions, abattements de taxes, aides financières de toutes sortes en lien avec la performance énergétique,
- Réalisation des prestations complètes de Commissioning dans des projets tertiaires neufs ou de rénovation:

- Être le garant de la qualité et de l’optimisation de la mission lors de sa réalisation, en tant qu’interlocuteur client et chef de projet interne,
- Participation au développement de nouveaux outils et de nouvelles méthodes du pôle d’Energy Management,
- Assistance des Ingénieurs d’affaires dans les phases de qualification des besoins clients et de construction des offres techniques,
- Participation à la veille technique et réglementaire.
Required Skills and Competencies
Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieurs ou équivalent (Bac +5) généraliste ou avec une spécialité en maîtrise de l’énergie ou génie des procédés. Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans la mise en œuvre de projets de performance énergétique dans l’industrie et le tertiaire.

Compétences:

- Maitrise des logiciels de simulation thermique, (Pléiades, Climawin )
- Méthodologies Bilan Carbone ou IPMVP reconnues par une formation qualifiante
- Connaissances en CFO, CFA, CVC,
- Très bonne connaissance du secteur de l’énergie et de l’efficacité énergétique.
- Compétences techniques dans les différents types d'énergie
- Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel et du pack office.
- Capacités rédactionnelles, d'analyse, de synthèse

- Qualité relationnelle : en sachant adapter le conseil aux besoins de la clientèle
- Rigueur, précision dans les analyses effectuées
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome au sein d’une équipe
