We are currently looking for our future** Terminology Manager (H/F) **based in Blieskastel or Obernai for a permanent contract.

**Your mission**
- Establish an industry standard termbase aligned to digital business needs
- Manage the 1spot corporate terminology and definitions
- Creation/storage
- Distribution
- Maintenance
- Manage Language Rules to convey messages in the correct way
- Implement and measure Translation Quality Assessment and provide the related key performance indicators
- Work on correct use of terminology for better machine translation results
- Drive and foster terminology processes and work closely with functional departments
- Harmonise 1spot content in terms of linguistic quality by fostering translation memory maintenance processes
- Contribute to the enrichment of the tool landscape in order to embed right usage of terminology in content creation processes
- Participate in product and feature naming processes as part of product development
- SPoC for terminology in the Hager Group

**Your profile**
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in linguistics or communication studies
- Several years (min. 3 years) experience in terminology management, principles and methods, preferably in the electrical industry
- In-depth knowledge of linguistic principles and CAT tools
- Solid Hager product portfolio knowledge and industry expertise
- Native speaker of English, because regular contact and alignment with the Hager UK marekt is expected
- German and French language skills
- Total commitment to performance and results
- Ability to plan and manage processes and projects
- Work to a high standard, be analytical and have a passion for detail and accuracy
- Ability to persuade and encourage teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
