A PROPOS D'IBERDROLA FRANCE
Iberdrola est présent en France depuis 20 ans, avec son siège social à Paris - La Défense et ses bureaux en régions. Outre le projet éolien en mer de Saint-Brieuc, l’entreprise est présente dans les domaines de l'éolien terrestre, de l'énergie solaire photovoltaïque et sur le marché de l'énergie de détail. Nous avons développé sur tout le territoire une stratégie d’investissement à long terme qui permettra d’atteindre une capacité installée de 614 MW en 2023.
Nous investissons ainsi massivement dans les énergies renouvelables, les réseaux intelligents, le stockage d’énergie à grande échelle et la transformation numérique.

VOTRE RÔLE
En tant que Directeur(trice) Ingénierie et Construction, au sein de la Business Unit Renouvelables Terrestres et Energie, vous piloterez le département Ingénierie & Construction- Animer l'équipe, piloter ses activités et évaluer ses performances- Analyser les besoins techniques des projets et les coordonner afin d’optimiser la réalisation d’offres et la signatures de contrats- Superviser les bureaux d’études internes et externes impliqués dans la conception des projets éoliens et photovoltaïques- Réaliser de la veille active auprès des fournisseurs pour les projets éoliens et photovoltaïques- Réaliser des reporting auprès de la direction (économique, suivi des projets et plannings)- Superviser la gestion et la coordination des différentes équipes afin d’optimiser l’achat d’équipement éoliennes et photovoltaïques.- Représenter l'entreprise auprès des parties prenantes concernées, telles que les agences et les institutions, publiques et privées- Assurer la conformité des normes de qualité, d'environnement, de santé et de sécurité exigées par Iberdrola.
CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ GRÂCE A VOTRE PARCOURS
De formation BAC + 5 type école d’ingénieur, ou équivalent. Vous justifiez d’une expérience de 10 ans dans un poste à responsabilité technico-économique dans le secteur des EnR (éolien/ photovoltaique)
Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances techniques en électricité, ingenierie civil et dans la gestion des couts.
Vous êtes doté(e) d’une capacité à travailler en équipe, d’une ouverture d’esprit, d’un sens de l’analyse.
Vous etes reconnu par votre sens du leadership et vous souhaitez rejoindre un environnement professionnel motivant où vous partagerez nos valeurs que sont l’excellence, l’innovation, la culture du partage, la bienveillance.
LANGUES- Français: Natif/ bilingue- Anglais bilingue- l'Espagnol est un plus
