We're looking for a **Social Media and Community Manager** to join a a global creative agency currently between 1500 & 2000 people and growing, who will build and retain engagement across all social channels in French.

You will be responsible for 3 core brands and will have exceptional oral and written communication skills and able to develop engaging content. You should have the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community as well as acting as the face and voice of the brand and manage all community communications.

**Responsibilities**
- Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
- Working with the creative team to provide engaging copy, image and video content for social media accounts
- Producing longer form copy as part of campaign deliverables across digital channels including website and e-CRM.
- Build and manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies by collaborating with teams to develop and execute campaigns and initiatives to drive user acquisition and retention
- A track-record of being hands on in growing social communities and driving brand engagement
- Able to work across multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to take feedback from clients and stakeholders to amend or redevelop copy
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Moderating responses and analysing performance
- Monitor and analyze community engagement and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Engage with users on social media platforms, responding to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Skills and experience in Influencer marketing
- A wider appreciation of digital marketing techniques
- Building and managing relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience of developing and delivering a social media strategy for a consumer brand that has driven significant growth in reach and engagement
- Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
- Knowledge of SEO, e-commerce, CRM and other digital comms
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proven experience in community management, with a strong track record of driving user engagement and retention
- Creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective community engagement strategies
- Ability to work independently to specific briefs
- Delivering key content on time
- Excellent experience in creating copy and content including video
- Understanding reporting and analytics
