The Electrical Power Systems department is looking for an engineer profile with good skills in **Electricity & Power Electronics, Instrumentation & Testing **to strengthen the team in charge of the Electrical Generation & Distribution System (EGDS) laboratory in Marignane.

The Electrical Power Systems department is part of the Airbus Helicopters central design office and hosts a transnational team spread over the Marignane and Donauworth sites.

The EGDS laboratory is part of the Electrical Power Systems department and aims to study new solutions in terms of electrical generation/propulsion/actuators/protection, storage and of energy conversion, to test these electrical systems in the form of prototypes or to develop and certify them for delivery on all helicopter platforms.

**Your challenges**:
Within the EGDS laboratory, you will be in charge of defining test programs, designing test set up and associated measurement and control systems, verifying these set up, carrying out tests and associated test reports.

You will also participate in the overall laboratory improvement strategy by managing innovations, increasing capacity and improving the quality and performance of the facilities yourself or through specific suppliers.

Experience on **power electronics technologies, electrical network architectures or in an electrical test environment**

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
