Cela inclut les vérifications de références (historique professionnel, parcours académique, licences professionnelles, références désignées...), l'identité (vérifications d'identité, permis de conduire, visa/droit de travailler, vérifications d'adresse...), l'intégrité (antécédents criminels, antécédents financiers défavorables, mauvais antécédents de paiement, insolvabilité et faillite, litiges civils), réputation (recherche de médias défavorables, criminalité médiatique, réputation médiatique, vérifications des mandats d'administrateur, recherche sur les réseaux sociaux) et la gestion de risque et conformité (vérification des tiers, Due Diligence raisonnable renforcée, Visite/inspection sur le terrain, vérification de statut).

Notre approche repose sur des recherches approfondies concernant les personnes physiques et morales, en s'appuyant sur l'Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) et en fournissant ainsi des informations essentielles pour minimiser les risques, maintenir la conformité et assurer une prise de décision éclairée.

Notre méthodologie de screening repose sur nos trois éléments d’expertise : Validation, Vérification et Recherche.

**Data Privacy Counsel**

Dans le cadre de la réorganisation de notre département légal, et dans un contexte de croissance interne, iCover recherche un(e) Data Privacy Counsel, dont les missions principales seront:

- Gérer avec le département légale et ses équipes (1 compliance Officer, 1 Compliance and Commercial Counsel) tous les enjeux relatifs à la protection des données pour le groupe dans son ensemble;
- Collaborer étroitement avec les autres services du groupe dont certains disposent eux-mêmes de ressources légales;
- Représenter la société en externe (auprès des clients, fournisseurs et aures membres de notre réseau), en particulié sur les sujets relatifs à la protection des données.

Basé(e) à Paris et rapportant directement au CEO, la mission du Data Privacy Counsel est de defendre les intérêts d’iCOVER tout en veillant à la conformité de ses activités commerciales, administratives et financières.

**RESPONSABILITES**

**Protection des données**:

- Suivre et améliorer le programme de protection des données existent au sein d’Icover en ce qui concerne:

- La protection des données personnelles de toutes les filiales contrôlées par iCOVER, incluant la cartographie des données, l’allocation des responsabilités, la formation et la sensibilisation, la coopération avec les autorités en cas de contrôle et être le point de contact concernant les questions soulevées par les autorités, les clients et/ou les fournisseurs.
- La cartographie des risques, les plans de limitation des risques, la formation des employés concernant les obligations imposées par le groupe,
- Assurer la communication des standards et procédures en matière de protection des données à tous les employés et autres agents, à travers des programmes de formation et des publications régulières.
- Endosser le rôle de Data Privacy Officer pour le compte du groupe.

**Recherches légales**:

- Répondre aux consultations des opérationnels d’iCOVER (réglementation, droit commercial, droit fiscal, propriété intellectuelle, contentieux );
- Apporter des solutions légales aux contraintes rencontrées;
- Alerter le management sur les risques avérés ou potentiels liés à l’activité et les orientations stratégiques.
- Produire des notes légales sur la conformité des produits commercialisés par l’ensemble des filiales du groupe iCOVER, et fournir des méthodologies à suivre par les équipes pour développer les nouveaux produits en toute conformité.
- En complément, apporter des éclairages juridiques sur le système judiciaires et les terminologies juridiques.
