❷ You have a technical background (production, plastics and/or composites)? You have an interest in the world of bio
- sourced materials? We offer you the opportunity to participate in the development of an innovative, ambitious company.
You will be responsible for industrializing our transformation processes and your mission will include:
à The definition and implementation of the industrial product/process scenario according to the hypotheses chosen with

the Project team

à Collaborating with the development/quality/production/procurement teams

à Leading project meetings with the support of business experts to define and develop new manufacturing processes in

compliance with Safety, Quality, Cost and Deadline objectives

à The development of innovative production processes from the transformation of wood into advanced materials

à In close collaboration with the quality department, the production workshops, the production processes’ integration

organization and the start of production

à The realization of the design of tools necessary to the production, the associated technical documents, their

commissioning and their integration on the production site

à The studies of investments of means of production, then the operational follow-up of their realization,

à The commissioning of new manufacturing means and processes (design, consultation and follow-up of the realization)

and their follow-up in exploitation,

à The improvement of manufacturing processes and the organization of the feedbacks, the optimization of existing

processes

à The deployment of an ERP

❸ YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
à 5 years of higher education, with a background in process engineering

à In an innovative context, you show practical sense and curiosity, to propose improvements and optimize performance

à You master the technical elements and methods of organization and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S, etc.)

à Knowledge of composite material transformation processes, such as RTM, autoclave or impregnation would be a plus

à You bring to our dynamic and ambitious start-up your team spirit and your motivation. Professional English and French

are essential

à The person we are looking for must show leadership, practicality and curiosity to propose improvements and optimize

the performance of WOODOO production processes

à Interest in the world of bio-sourced materials and environmental issues in general

à You are ready to invest yourself in contact with many actors and to take up challenges, with the desire to evolve within a

company in full growth
