Furnace Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an FURNACE ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR for one of our clients for a minimum of 6 months in the U.S.A.

He/she will be in charge of supervising the assembly and wiring of our installations (follow-up of the assembly companies),
participate in the individual tests of the equipment (control of instruments, settings, calibrations,...),
and sequential tests (cold tests),
will then participate in the production start-up of installations where process knowledge is desired (loop optimisation, problem analysis),
to the performance tests (acceptance of the installations by our customers),
Write daily or weekly reports.

6 Months

**PROFIL**:
Masters in Electricity
Minimum 10 years experience in industrial furnaces
fluent in English (spoken, read & written),
willing to travel (long stays (+/-3 months/stay) and frequent (8 to 10 months/year for export)),
He/she will be able to synthesise information,

**Skills in : instrumentation**:
thermocouples,
O2, H2, O2ppm, dew point analysers,
flow and pressure measurements (analog transmitters,digital equipments (flow switches, pressure switches,...),
pyrometers,
valves,
burners (ignition, tuning, communication with burner control units), flame detection,
motors,
pressure regulators,
...
**commissioning**:
I/O tests with our system engineer,
sequence tests,
optimization of regulation (PID tuning),
training to maintenace engineers of the cutomer, training of operators,
process optimization:
**tuning of furnace,**
**assistance to operators (how to control our equipments),**
**final acceptance tests.**

**Salary**: 40,000.00€ - 80,000.00€ per year
