Nous recherchons Un(e) **Senior Design Engineer (F/H)** sur notre site de Ville-La-Grand, à côté d'Annemasse (74).

**Responsibilities**:
Au sein d’un BE de 7 personnes situé à Ville la Grand et intégré(e) à une équipe internationale et multiculturelle, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes:
- Développer de nouveaux produits sur cahier des charges client, ou adapter les produits existants dans le but d’améliorer les performances, de réduire les coûts produits et coûts de production.
- Gérer des projets ainsi que l’équipe projet de manière transversale : définition des priorités, du planning, organiser, coordonner et mener les réunions.
- Réaliser la conception produit en modélisant la géométrie, définissant les matériaux, les traitements, l’étanchéité
- Travailler conjointement avec les dessinateurs basés en Inde pour les mises en plan.
- Coordonner la réalisation des prototypes en interne et avec les sous -traitants
- Rédiger les plans d’essais et planifier leurs réalisations pour déterminer si le produit répond au cahier des charges.
- En étroite collaboration avec le client, vous travaillerez avec lui tout au long de la vie du projet : de la définition de son besoin jusqu’à la livraison des premières séries.
- Coordonner et assurer l’industrialisation des produits ainsi que la mise en place des éléments nécessaires à la fabrication en série avec les services qualité, fabrication, sécurité, méthodes.
- Assurer la mise à jour des données techniques dans l’ERP existant.
- Utilisation des outils d’amélioration continue ou 6 Sigma, AMDEC produit et processus, Control plan, APQP, PPAP pour garantir la fiabilité du produit et du processus.
- Participer aux activité R&D au sein du groupe produit connecteurs
**Background & Skills**:
- De formation Ingénieur en conception mécanique, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative dans la conception mécanique (conception de pièces mécaniques de précision, idéalement dans le domaine de l’hydraulique)
- Au moins 5 ans d'expériences dans le même domaine
- Maîtrise des logiciels de CAO 3D (Siemens NX un plus)
- Utilisation de calculs de résistance des matériaux, de simulations d'écoulement
- Connaissance des élastomères et des techniques d'étanchéité
- Connaissance de la métallurgie, des traitements thermiques et des traitements de surface
