AL CO2 Europe SA, filiale à 100% du Groupe Air Liquide, réunit les activités de production et de distribution du CO2 en Europe et définit la politique commerciale du CO2 sur cette zone. Cette société compte 12 usines de production réparties sur 8 pays et sert près de 3 000 clients, de l’industrie agro-alimentaire au secteur du transport.

**Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
Management of the assigned fleet in terms of operational safety, resource planning, maintenance, standards and IMS.

The scope of the function includes the necessary procurement, administration and an economical, reliable use of all existing vehicles.

Ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.

The responsible LCO2 fleet area will be France, on road & rail equipment.

Management of the vehicle fleet for road and rail vehicles
- Determination of requirements and provision of necessary vehicle units
- Initiation of ad hoc operations
- Planning and monitoring of maintenance

Coordination with other stakeholder
- Exchange with logistic managers
- Exchange with other European fleet managers
- Regular exchange with the dispositions

Participation in the processing of complaints
- Customer complaints
- Complaints to service providers and suppliers

Ensuring quality and safety during the logistic process
- Ensure product quality during transportation
- Compliance with national and international regulations
- Creation and maintenance of procedural instructions
- Define and control security standards
- Creation / support of accident reports with action plans
- Management and participation at workshop audits

Daily tasks in representation of Fleet coordinator
- Planning and execution of maintenance work and inspections
- Order request in SAP and monitoring of all orders
- Check of done Trailer repairs
- Checking the daily departure checks
- Track alarms on road and rail vehicles

Budget responsibility
- Investment and budget planning with cost tracking
- Maintenance costs, technical acceptance
- General vehicle costs planning and tracking (tax, insurance, depreciation,)
- Use of external resources

Contracts
- contribute, if necessary lead in the drafting of contracts
- Preparation of technical specifications

Organisation:
The holder of the position is a member of the Fleet organization team and placed in St. Priest. The holder of the position is reporting to the general Fleet Manager of ALCO2E.

Knowledge:
Knowledge is required in the following key areas of law:
Occupational Health and Safety Act, Working Hours Act, Hazardous Goods Law, Hazardous

Substances Law, Traffic Law, Railway law, environmental law and compliance.

Furthermore, knowledge of Quality control, business administration, personnel management,

as well as sales Activities and customer handling, as well as contract forms and contract content.

Miscellaneous:
At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of logistics and technology; Comprehensive technical understanding; pronounced cost orientation; Strong analytical skills; forward planning; pronounced safety awareness; independent, reliable and precise way of working; very good communication and teamwork skills.

Languages : English and French are a must. German and Italian can be a plus.

IT : Google, ALTO, SAP.
