**Contexte de la Mission**:
Dans le cadre de projets de développement dans le secteur du biogaz, nous recherchons un(e) **Project Engineering Manager (PEM)** expérimenté(e). Vous évoluerez dans une ingénierie EPC dédiée à la construction et à la modernisation d'installations industrielles.

**Missions et Responsabilités**:
**Gestion Technique et Opérationnelle**:

- Superviser les **études de faisabilité**, **améliorations** et **revamping** d’installations neuves ou existantes.
- ** Piloter les projets sur site** depuis la conception jusqu’à la livraison.
- ** Assurer le suivi des fournisseurs** et la conformité des équipements.

**Coordination et Suivi de Projets**:

- ** Coordonner les équipes techniques** : ingénieurs, sous-traitants et fournisseurs.
- ** Contrôler l’avancement des projets**, gérer les budgets, délais et la qualité des livrables.
- ** Animer les réunions de suivi**, rédiger des comptes rendus et mettre à jour les indicateurs de performance.

**Gestion Contractuelle et Client**:

- ** Assurer l’interface contractuelle avec les clients**, garantir le respect des termes contractuels et des exigences techniques.
- ** Superviser les relations techniques** avec les partenaires internationaux, notamment anglais et hollandais.

**Compétences Techniques**:

- ** Vision 360°** sur toutes les phases d’exécution d’un projet industriel.
- Expertise en **construction**, **mise en service**, **gestion de sous-traitants** et **suivi de fournisseurs**.
- ** Gestion contractuelle** et respect des standards de qualité et sécurité.

**Expérience**:

- ** 5 ans minimum** en gestion de projets industriels complexes (énergie, biogaz, environnement, oil & gas ).
- ** Expérience terrain** : conduite de chantiers, supervision et mise en service.

**Langues**:

- ** Anglais courant obligatoire** (échanges fréquents avec des partenaires internationaux).
