As a major player in the global transport world, Iveco is an international leader in the development, manufacture, marketing and servicing of a vast range of light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles.

It also manufactures passenger transport vehicles and special vehicles for defence, civil protection and specific missions like fire-fighting. The vehicles adopt the latest engineering technologies, applied to a comprehensive range of engines running on diesel and alternative fuels. These include natural gas (CNG and LNG), bio-fuels, hybrid technologies and electric engines.

Au sein du bureau d’étude, le Design to Cost analyst est chargé de donner une visibilité sur les coûts à tous les interlocuteurs, et a en charge l'animation de la conception tant au niveau du design que lors des phases de négociation avec le service achat.
- Etablir les coûts objectifs (« should cost ») des pièces et sous-ensembles des véhicules en utilisant les outils de chiffrage internes
- Fournir aux interlocuteurs (engineering, achats, plateforme) des chiffrages détaillés des pièces
- Assurer un support aux négociations achat grâce à une analyse des décomposition des couts fournisseurs et en identifiant les points d’optimisation
- Analyser les processus de fabrication des fournisseurs, proposer des améliorations pour réduire les coûts
- Orienter les solutions techniques retenues par les concepteurs pour optimiser le cout et les investissements nécessaires en fonction des volumes de production
- Maintenir les bases de chiffrages à jour pour les différents types de commodités et les zones géographiques de production
- Développer les outils d’estimation des coûts en intégrant des nouvelles commodités et en développant l’expertise de l’équipe
- Comparer les coûts des différents modules entre les gammes et les autres entités du groupe CNH Industrial
- Assister les chefs de projets pour la mise en œuvre de plans d’action permettant l’atteinte des objectifs économiques
- Identifier les solutions techniques pertinentes via des analyses de la concurrence ou d’autres secteurs d’activité

, Profil:

- Très bonne maîtrise technique, des méthodologies de développement des pièces
- Forte capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Connaissance avérée des procédés de fabrication parmi la liste suivante:

- Structure soudée (acier, Inox, alu,)
- Fonderie et usinage
- Pièces plastiques (RTM, SMC, rotomoulage, Injection,)
- Faisceaux électriques
- Calculateurs électroniques
- Batteries
- Groupe de refroidissement
- ADAS (Système d’aide à la conduite : Radar, caméra, divers capteurs,)
- Autres (joints caoutchouc, durites, vis, colle, collier,)
- Structure innovantes permettant un allégement
- Connaissance théorique et pratique des processus d’analyse des coûts et des phases de négociation avec les fournisseurs
