Qui sommes-nous?

Powerdot est né de l'idée que recharger sa voiture devrait être aussi facile que recharger son smartphone. Pour ce faire, les bornes de recharge doivent être disponibles sur les lieux d'arrêt naturel des citoyens. Pour donner vie à cette vision et l'accélérer, nous avons récemment levé 150 millions d'euros auprès d'Antin Infrastructure Partners, l'un des plus grands fonds de private equity au monde (29 mds € d'actifs sous gestion).

**Notre mission est aussi simple qu'ambitieuse**: accélérer la transition vers la mobilité durable. Pour cela, nous investissons, installons et exploitons des bornes de recharge pour véhicules électriques grâce à un modèle économique innovant au croisement entre la technologie et les infrastructures. Aujourd'hui, nous sommes associés à plus de 1 200 entreprises partenaires répartis entre le Portugal, l'Espagne, la France, la Belgique, le Luxembourg et la Pologne, où nous comptons plus de 2 200 sites sous contrat.

Responsabilités

En tant que stagiaire de projet spéciaux auprès du Responsable de Qualité, tu auras un poste clé, transversal et ultra-responsabilisant. Tu vas découvrir l’écosystème de la mobilité électrique qui mêle tech, infrastructure et humain. Tu travailleras en direct avec le Responsable du Déploiement et seras le couteau-suisse de l’équipe. Ton rôle sera dynamique, avec une multitude de fonctions, en permanence en build de projets structurants et variés:

- Amélioration continue de notre outil de gestion de projets
- Participer à l’implémentation de nouvelles fonctionnalités afin de fluidifier nos process
- Management du changement : récolter les feedbacks de la team afin de réaliser des feature requests à l’équipe Tech sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités
- Gérer le process d’intégration d’un nouveau partenaire (installateurs, bureau de contrôle, ou process spécifique)
- Réaliser un appel d’offres
- Recevoir les propositions et les analyser
- Construire un argumentaire afin de faciliter le choix final
- Gestion locale du projet structurant “Offline Charging Experience”, pour révolutionner l’expérience utilisateur sur site
- Systématisation de l’analyse des devis et d’une approche de réduction des coûts d’installation
- Amélioration continue
- Analyse des goulots d’étranglement dans nos process et

fluidification
- Automatiser au maximum nos process, via des outils no-code ou via notre équipe Tech
- Base de données Confluence
- Checklist de réception d’installations
- Cahiers des charges
- Création d’un process de certification de nos installateurs, tel

un KYC
- Projets ponctuels qui requièrent un management spécifique, par exemple
- Qualification d’un fournisseur et d’un modèle standard d’abri
- Intégration de nos process avec les éléments de nospartenaires (e.g. barrières de parking, automates de paiement)
- Veille informationnelle et technologique
- Nouvelles réglementations
- Nouveaux programmes de subventions

**Profil recherché**:

- Tu es a la recherche d'un stage de 6 mois
- De formation Top Grande Ecole d’Ingénieur ou Grande Ecole de Commerce
- Audacieux et curieux, tu as soif d’apprendre et tu vas au-delà de ce qui t’est demandé pour livrer le maximum de valeur
- Avec un fort esprit entrepreneurial, tu es force de proposition et autonome pour faire avancer des projets et prendre des risques
- Très bonnes capacités organisationnelles avec le sens des priorités
- Rigoureux.se et méthodique, tu es efficace et tu sais gérer plusieursprojets à la fois
- Pragmatique, tu ne te perds pas dans les détails et tu sais trouver rapidement une solution simple à un problème
- Créatif, tu sais “think out of the box” pour résoudre des problèmes
- Responsable, tu es un véritable owner de tes sujets et tu as le goût du travail accompli et bien fait
