**Harmonic is looking for its new eLearning designer & creator**

**Department**: Corporate Marketing
**Location**: Rennes or Paris, France / US Remote
**eLearning Creator Objectives**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop and maintain exceptional eLearning and training solutions to meet the learning needs of customers and all users of Harmonic products and solutions.
- Collaborate and consult with internal stakeholders to effectively create eLearning materials that teach key knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with defined learning objectives.
- Work independently and as part of the global Technical Content Services team to define, standardize, and enforce eLearning standards and best practices across the team.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Native or fluent English language speaker and excellent organizational, analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to collaborate in an international team.
- 3+ years of meaningful experience related to eLearning interactive course creation.
- Proven ability to transform highly technical, complex concepts into clear, concise, and easy to understand training materials.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite MS PowerPoint, and other learning development tools with strong visual design skills.
- Ability to handle multiple creation projects simultaneously and deliver quality results in a time-sensitive environment.
- Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and best practices for eLearning is preferred.
- Experience creating content for high-tech, networking, IP, video technology, or computer sciences is preferred.
